When you open an account, deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, or bank transfer, or wager on football or live-dealer tables, we collect certain personal information. After the seven-year window, we delete most personal data unless legal holds or regulatory requirements prevent deletion.

Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, Imlek, and Nyepi holiday processing: Our jpnation support team operates on a reduced schedule during major public holidays. Requests submitted during these periods may take longer to process. Submit data-access or deletion requests at least one week before a major holiday if urgent.

We use cookies on jpnation to maintain your login session, remember your preferences, and analyze traffic. Cookies are small text files stored on your device. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may affect jpnation functionality (e.g., you may be logged out frequently). We use first-party cookies only; we do not allow third-party advertisers to track you on jpnation.

We protect your jpnation data using HTTPS encryption, firewalls, and access controls. Only authorized jpnation staff can access your personal information, and we restrict access to those who need it to serve your account.
